John Mwendwa, OGW, is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Kenya Investment Authority (KenInvest). With over 20 years of experience in investment, trade, and industry across Africa, he brings significant expertise from both public and private sectors. His recent government positions include Secretary, Strategy Execution at the President’s Strategy & Execution Office and Senior Advisor for Investments in the Ministry of Investments, Trade & Industry.
He was awarded the Order of the Grand Warrior (OGW) by the President of Kenya for his contributions to the Ease of Doing Business agenda.

Ms. Olivia Rachier is currently the General Manager, Legal and Corporate Affairs.
She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya, Commissioner for Oaths and a Certified Public Secretary (Kenya). She has over 20 years of experience in public, international and corporate law, as well as corporate governance.
Olivia has Master of Law from the University of London specializing in International Business with a focus on International Investment Law and Multinational Enterprises Law. She is a member of Law Society of Kenya (LSK) and Institute of Certified Public Secretaries of Kenya (ICPSK).

Guracha holds Master of Business Administration (International Business management) from University of Nairobi and Bachelor of Arts (Business studies and Mathematics) from Kenyatta University. He is a member of Institute of Economic Affairs.

Pius K. Rotich is currently the General Manager, Investment Promotion & Business Development Services (IP&BDS).
He holds a Master of Business Administration (International Marketing) from Mount Kenya University (MKU) and a Bachelor of Education (Bed. Arts) from Kenyatta University, a Diploma in German Language as a Foreign Language from Carl Duisberg Centren (CDG), Germany, a Certificate on Advanced Professional Training on Planning & Organizing of Specialized Trade Fairs, Cologne & Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) from Kenya School of Government (KSG).
He is an active member of Marketing Society of Kenya (MSK). He played a leading role in the conceptualization & delivery of KenInvest signature event Kenya International Investment Conference (KIICO) inaugurated in 2014.

Robert S. Bwire is currently the General Manager for Research, Policy Advocacy and Planning (RPAP). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce & Masters in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management degrees from Nagpur University, India.
Robert has played a leading role in the development of the Investment Promotion Act, 2004 and the Kenya Investment Policy. He is a member of Institute of Economic Affairs.

Ms. Stellah Naikara holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture & Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration Management (Human Resource Option) from Kenya Methodist University, A higher National Diploma in Secretarial Management from Kenya Polytechnic University and Strategic Leadership Development Program (SLDP) from Kenya School of Government (KSG) and a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP).
She is an active practicing member of the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM -K) with over 20 years’ experience in managing human resources by cultivating a culture of excellence and inclusivity at the Authority. She played a leading role in the conceptualization and development of the Human Resource Tools and job Evaluation task in collaboration with the Salaries & Remuneration Commission and has been instrumental in the Merger process for Parastatal Reforms.

He holds an MBA in Finance from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa.
A Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPAK), Certified Secretary (CS), and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). Also a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK), the Institute of Certified Secretaries (ICS), and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
