The COMESA Business Council (CBC), in collaboration with the COMESA Secretariat, the Government of Kenya, and the Kenya Association of Manufacturers, is pleased to announce the 18th COMESA Business Forum, scheduled for 7 October 2025 in Nairobi, Kenya.
The Forum will precede the 24th COMESA Heads of State and Government Summit, which will be held on 9th October 2025.
This high-level forum will bring together regional and international stakeholders from both the public and private sectors to chart a transformative path for Africa’s trade and industrial future. This year’s theme, “Leveraging Digitalisation to Deepen Regional Value Chains for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth”, emphasises the urgent need to harness technology to:
- Enhance trade through digitalisation,
- Strengthen cross-border value chains,
- Boosting Agricultural Productivity in COMESA through Agritech, Agro-processing and Value Addition.
- Promote innovation and competitiveness,
- Expand opportunities for SMEs and women-led enterprises,
- Drive inclusive economic development across COMESA Member States.
