Hosea Kemboi is a seasoned procurement and supply chain professional with over 18 years of experience in public procurement, contract management, and supply chain governance. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management (Purchasing and Supplies) from Moi University, an MSc in Procurement and Logistics from JKUAT, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Supply Chain Management. He is a CIPS Level 6 professional and a practicing member of KISM and CIPS. 

Hosea provides strategic leadership in procurement systems that support Kenya’s investment promotion mandate, with a strong focus on value for money, transparency, and institutional efficiency, and has contributed to the delivery of high-impact initiatives and flagship investment platforms
