Robert S. Bwire leads research and strategy and holds a bachelor of commerce and a master’s degree in industrial relations and personnel management from Nagpur University, India. He played a leading role in developing the Investment Promotion Act, 2004, and the Kenya Investment Policy, and is a member of the Institute of Economic Affairs.
