David W. Kiboi heads the Monitoring, Evaluation, Learning, and Public Investment Management Directorate at the State Department for Economic Planning. With over 30 years in public service across several ministries, he brings experience in strategic planning, economic and policy analysis, and budgeting. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in statistics from the University of Nairobi, has training in M&E, RBM, and strategic leadership, and has served on the boards of the Ewaso Ng’iro South Development Authority and the National Youth Service as an alternate director.
