Rodah is a Senior Assistant Secretary at the State Department for Cabinet Affairs. She deputises the Secretary Administration in coordinating functions, managing daily operations, overseeing staff welfare, handling logistics, and supervising the Parliamentary Liaison Officer. She holds a Bachelor of Tourism and Hospitality Management from Moi University and a Diploma in Public Administration from the Kenya School of Government.

With over a decade of experience in the Public Service, Rodah has demonstrated strong competence in public administration, governance, conflict resolution, and policy analysis.

She has served as Chair and/or alternate member of various multi-sectoral committees at County and Sub-County levels, and has spearheaded key national assignments, including coordination of the Kenya National Population and Housing Census, the Huduma Namba exercise, and the National Hygiene Programme (Kazi Mtaani), among others.
