Approximately 1–2 days after payment is made and all required documents, along with duly completed forms, are submitted.

Do I need a local partner to invest in Kenya?

Foreign investors may hold 100% ownership in most sectors, with limited exceptions in regulated industries such as insurance, capital markets, private security, aviation, and mining.
