TRIFIC Green USD I-REIT Debuts on NSE, Raises USD 30.8M

Invest Kenya joined stakeholders at the Nairobi Securities Exchange for the listing of the TRIFIC Green USD I-REIT, with Principal Secretary for Investment Promotion Mr. Abubakar Hassan among the distinguished guests.
The listing surpassed its target, raising USD 30.8 million at a 103.3% subscription rate. Combined with the promoter’s contribution, the REIT debuted on the NSE with a market value of nearly USD 37.3 million.
The milestone reflects growing investor confidence in Kenya’s capital markets and reinforces the country’s position as a destination for sustainable, innovative, and globally competitive investments.
The event was attended by Frank Mwiti, CEO of NSE; Kiprono Kittony, EBS, Chairman of NSE; James Mworia, Group CEO of TRIFIC SEZ; Brenda Mbathi, CEO of TRIFIC SEZ; and Njee Muturi, Chairman of TRIFIC SEZ.
